For years as I studied God's word, when I ran references, many times I would lose my concentration. Sometimes I would see something that would get me completely off what I was studying. So to solve that problem, I developed what I call the Jesus Is Lord Integrated New Testament.
As you can see below, this is basically what the King James version looks like except that the references are usually shown in a center column. As you scroll down the page you will come to a sample of our Integrated New Testament which is a great aid in the study of God's word(WILL). The samples below are not in two columns like the Bible because we found that it is much easier to read the Integrated New testament on a monitor. We include a printable version on the CD.

Jesus Is Lord Integrated New Testament
This shows how much easier it is to study using the Integrated New Testament.
The Elizabethan English has been removed.
JOHN
Jo. 3:8 The (e)wind blows where it lists, and you hear the sound thereof, but can not tell where it comes from, and where it goes: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
e. Ecc. 11:5 As you know not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so you know not the works of God who makes all.
1 Cor. 2:11 For what man knows the things of a man, except the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knows no man, but the Spirit of God.
Jo. 3:9 Nicodemus answered and said unto him, (f)How can these things be?
f. Jo. 6:42 And they said, Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? how is it then that he says, I came down from heaven?
Jo. 3:10 Jesus answered and said unto him, Are you a master of Israel, and know not these things?
Jo. 3:11 Verily, verily, I say unto you, We speak what we do know, and testify what we have seen; and you receive not our witness.
Jo. 3:12 If I have told you earthly things, and you believe not, how shall you believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
Jo. 3:13 And (g)no man has ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.
g. Pro. 30:4 Who has ascended up into heaven, or descended? who has gathered the wind in his fists? who has bound the waters in a garment? who has established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son's name, if you can tell?
Jo. 6:33 For the bread of God is he which came down from heaven, and gives life unto the world.
Jo. 16:28 I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.
Acts 2:34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he said himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit on my right hand,
1 Cor. 15:47 The first man is of the earth, earthly: the second man is the Lord from heaven.
Eph. 4:9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?
Jo. 3:14 And (h)as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
h. Num. 21:9 And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived.
Jo. 3:15 That who ever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
Jo. 3:16 For (i)God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that who ever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
i. Ro. 5:8 But God commends his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
1 Jo. 4:9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
Jo. 3:17 For (j)God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
j. Lk. 9:56 For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. And they went to another village.
1 Jo. 4:14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.
Jo. 3:18 He that believes on him (k)is not condemned: but he that believes not is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
k. Ro. 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
When you have all of the scriptures together you see things that are easily missed when you have to read from the separate books. Here are some examples. The first deal with the second coming of Jesus. Many believe the teaching of a pre-tribulation rapture of the church. There are many scriptures that prove this to be a false teaching.
Mt.24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
MK.13: 27 And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
Notice that Mark says that His elect will be gathered from both earth and heaven.
Here are two more scriptures that show the need to have them together. They deal with blaspheming the Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit).
Mt, 12:31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
Mt. 12:32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come
Mark's account makes one additional statement that clarifies what blasphemy is.
Mk. 3:28 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:
Mk. 3:29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:
Mk. 3:30 Because they said, He has an unclean spirit. This last statement by Mark makes it clear that blasphemy against the Holy Ghost is saying that His work is the work of the devil because in the verses just before these tell us that the people said that Jesus had performed miracles by Beelzebub the prince of the devils.
God's word says to let every word be established in the mouth of two or three witnesses. We believe having all the reference verses there to read does that.
